​C Cushions was established in 1980 by the father and son team of Tucker and Bill Coxwell, who wanted a strong, yet waterproof cushion for their sailboat. When they couldn’t find one that met their demands, they made their own.  This inventive spirit led to the development of their own designs and C Cushions was born. 

Over the 40+ years with Bill at the helm, C Cushions continued to grow, expanding its product reach beyond the demands of the recreational, commercial, and industrial maritime industry and on to applications in the medical, aeronautical, automotive, and outdoor power equipment industries.

In November of 2024, Brenda Hudson acquired the company and will continue to build the legacy of C Cushions, offering the highest quality cushions on the market.
